π³ OMG these rolls are seriously crispy and so deliciously sweet! They are simple to prepare and made in the air fryer!
β¨INGREDIENTSβ¨
2 apples
2 tsp cinnamon
Juice of 1 lemon
6 medjool dates
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
8 spring roll sheets
πͺ Dice your apples into small cubes then pan fry with cinnamon & lemon juice until soft, about 5 minutes. Add splashes of water as needed to de-glaze the pan!
π While the apples are cooking blend together the dates, water & vanilla until smooth.
π₯ Mix in the date caramel with your apples and stir until the apples are coated.
π Assemble using two spring roll sheets, fold them up & brush with olive oil on both sides.
π₯ Air fry 400f for 12-15 minutes until golden flipping halfway through. Or bake 400f for 15-20 minutes.
πI dipped this in a protein icing I made by mixing together some @outcastmission vanilla protein powder & water to thin!
