Ingredients for 2-3 Spiced Plum Smoothie Bowls

1️⃣2 cups of plums (260 grams), pitted, about 8 small plums
2️⃣2 large ripe bananas
3️⃣¼ cup (2 oz.) of almond milk
4️⃣2/3 cup (60 grams) of gluten-free rolled oats
5️⃣1 teaspoon of vanilla
6️⃣1½ teaspoons of cinnamon
7️⃣½ teaspoon of nutmeg
8️⃣½ teaspoon of cardamom
9️⃣1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
🔟2 tablespoons of almond butter
1️⃣1️⃣3 large medjool dates, pitted
